I drink tea and coffee all day and I wanted something to heat it, as I work on my desk. This mug warmer is really work. You do not need to do to make your hot drink, it is still only a few degrees hotter. I make a cup of hot tea to warm at 8:00 in the morning, went to 3 pm and hearing drink on the warmer and is expected to warm it up, do not microwave the temperature will begin.
